Joan Peterson

Joan was born and raised in Upstate New York. She relocated to Atlanta in 1987 where she spent several years in the marketing field. Her introduction to the woodworking industry was with an international manufacturer and distributer as an entry level assistant in 1996. With strong interest in the business sector, Joan worked her way to department manager in sales.

In most recent years, Joan served as in-house broker accountable for the funding of equipment by multiple financial institutions for her customers. She is well experienced with creative financial solutions providing answers that work within her customer's budgets.

Paul Menconi

Paul is a native of Miami and graduated with a BS degree in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University; he also holds an MBA from the University of Miami.

Since 2002, Paul has been in the equipment finance industry. A career banker, he worked for Wells Fargo and predecessors, primarily in business development roles. Paul has financed a number of asset types, including heavy equipment, construction, and manufacturing. He is well versed in the various structures available to meet clients’ tax and financial reporting needs.

With a background in large ticket equipment transactions, Paul’s focus at National Capital Leasing is to provide financing solutions for metalworking and heavy equipment acquisitions, as well as developing opportunities with external equipment dealers.
